I've spent most of my career building software products and the teams that build them. I've moved between individual contributor and leadership roles—writing code, leading engineering organizations, and helping companies figure out how to ship products that matter. That experience spans startups, consultancies, and mission-driven work.

These days, I focus on the application of generative AI in product. I help companies think through where AI can genuinely improve their products and then do the work to make it happen—whether that's advising at the executive level, building the systems myself, or educating fellow engineers. I'm drawn to the challenging intersection of emerging technology, product strategy, and practical implementation.
